Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted if the piece is completely unworn and undamaged and I am notified within 14 days of receiving the piece.

Returns can not be accepted for the following:

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons.

  • Made-to-order and customised pieces as they have been made especially for you, unless they are damaged at no fault of your own.

  • Bespoke pieces. Details about this are listed on your individual contract for bespoke items.
